Virtual Twin: Building Aeridu Swift in the Digital World First

From the Founder’s Desk:

Innovation is not only about creating what’s possible — it’s about choosing to create what’s necessary. Aeridu Swift exists because we believe clean, safe, and connected transportation is not a luxury, but a responsibility to future generations.

When we reimagine infrastructure as community-owned, we take a step toward solving problems collectively, not just individually. That’s how real progress takes root.

Before steel is laid or modules are built, the first milestone for Aeridu Swift is the Virtual Twin — a fully integrated simulation of our maglev system, EV charging, and guideway operations. By starting in the digital world, we can test, validate, and refine at a fraction of the cost of physical trials.

Simulation is not just a step — it’s the foundation. It ensures every dollar invested in prototypes and infrastructure builds on validated physics, safety standards, and real-world scenarios.

What the Virtual Twin Covers

Using Siemens’ advanced simulation tools, the Aeridu Swift Virtual Twin models:

  • Maglev propulsion and levitation stability
  • Wireless EV charging in transit
  • Guideway mechanics under passenger and freight loads
  • Safety systems and regulatory case-building
  • Low-speed to high-speed coupling transitions

Each layer of the Virtual Twin helps us answer critical questions before building at scale — making Aeridu Swift faster to develop, safer to operate, and more cost-efficient.

The Siemens Advantage

Through Siemens’ Software for Startups program, we’re able to access enterprise-grade tools like NX, Simcenter, and Teamcenter, accelerating our R&D. This gives Aeridu Swift the ability to move from concept → simulation → prototype with the same rigor trusted by global leaders in transportation and energy.
